Exchange Policy
Important Note:
Please double-check your order before placing it to avoid any difficulties.
Exchanges:
We offer exchanges on items for a change in size (please refer to our size guide before placing your order to avoid confusion). We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, we do not offer refunds.
Exchange Eligibility:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with the tags. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@elevatewellnessclub.com with your order number and details of the item you’d like to exchange. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
How to Exchange an Item:
- Contact us via email with your order details and the reason for your exchange.
- Once your exchange is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return the item.
- You are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the item to us.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll process the exchange and send out the new item to you. If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll offer an exchange for another item of equal value.
Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@elevatewellnessclub.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
Please check your order tracking information. Report packages missing within 2 weeks of delivery confirmation. We are not liable for lost/stolen packages if the shipping address is correct.
